Blank Canvas Cosmetics Pro Brushes

Hello Lovelies :)

It has been a while since I made a post and I am so sorry about it. I am really busy at the moment with the make up course and with work and with wedding preparations. 

Still today I found sometime to connect with you again. I hope that all of you are enjoying Summer.

So today I am going to review the amazing brushes from Blank Canvas Cosmetics. I took the offer of 40% code few weeks ago and I purchase this amazing brushes that cost me 104.14 euros + Shipping included.  BCC Full Range Pro Deluxe 18 Piece Brush Set :)

So I received a bag that I place the Pro D Brush Holder (Cupholder) and they gave me as a gift the Brush Folio. 

This Pro D Brush Holder is amazing, I put all my brushes in it and also when you open it you will have two cups, so you can organize the face brushes in one cup and the eye brushes in the other. The two cups will seal together with a clip on buttons. I put all my brushes in it and go to my make up course. I love this a lot. 

This Brush Folio is amazing. The cover is amazing because you can easily wipe it from dirt because it is like plastic. 

The Brush Folio have two sections and on the top you have like a flip cover so that the brushes will be protected from touching the opposite brushes and this is good because there will be no cross contamination. They will also be protected from any damage to the brushes. Although I don't use it till know, I will use it for sure when I have clients that have photo shots or other occasion so that it will be easy for me to find that particular brush.  

These are all the range that I bought from the Blank Canvas Cosmetics. 

These are the face brushes. There are some that are real animal hair and some that are synthetic hair. Brushes F14, F15,F16 are made of goat hair. F17 is made of synthetic hair, F18 is made from natural hair and also synthetic, F20, F21, F22, F23 are made of synthetic fibers. The brushes that are natural hair are ideal for powders and those brushes that are synthetic is ideal to use with liquid or cream make up. 

These are the eye brushes. No10, E23 is made of pony hair, E24, E25, E26, E27 are made of goat hair, E28, E30 are made of synthetic fibers, E32 is made of goat hair. There is only one lip brush. L29 is made of synthetic fibers. 

The few brushes that I used I really love them and they are super soft and also ideal for every make up artist, they really do their job really well and in really serious detail. Till now I love them.

For my personal use but I use the real techniques brushes and I use Blank Canvas Cosmetics for my professionalism. I had a problem because I had 2 brushes missing and I really appreciate how efficient the costumer service is, they immediately sent me the two brushes and immediately respond back my message. With my order they gave me some gifts: the brush folio, the Blending Duo E25/26 and also the Brush No 10. Thanks and continue with the great job that you all are doing. Summer Colourful Look

Hello Lovelies :) 

How are you? So to update you a little bit I had finished my 2 year Higher National Diploma in Health and Social Care Management and I am going to graduate as a Distinction student finally :) Next year I will be doing a one year full time Degree In Health and Social Care.

Also as you all know who follow me, I am doing a make up course so that I will be more professional in what I love and be able to give you the exact information to you all.  

So lets go to this look that I created to go to the Isle of MTV by the way I really enjoyed the performance of Jessie J and also of Rita Ora. They were amazing. 

This is the over all look that I created :) 

This is the eye look that I created. In this post I am going to show you the eye shadows that I used so that you be able to find similar eye shadows to create this Summer look. 

I used the blue that is in the middle of this picture. I use this blue in the corner of my eye. This is a light blue. 

I used this golden brown eye shadow in the middle of my eyes and I blended in the light blue.

I used this green in the outer corner of my eyes and blended in the gold brown eyeshadow. 

This light peach brown I put it in the crease so that to bland the harsh lines of the 3 colours. 

Under my eyes I created blue pencil and also I used it in my waterline. I smudged the blue eyeliner to connect with the light blue that was in the inner corner of my eyes. 

I used a soft ping blush on my cheeks and also used bronzer in my cheek bone. 

Sorry for the lighting but the sun was reflecting the colour of the outside wall opposite my bathroom window and so I became orange. I was wearing a long maxi dress from Peacocks all blue so I combined the eye look with this colour.

Bourjois Eyeliner

Hello Everyone :)

How are you all? I hope that Summer be kind to all of us because here is Malta is already becoming  really hot about 34 degrees. 

So today I am going to review a eyeliner that I really love and I use it a lot in my make up looks and also for everyday look to go to school. 

This is the Bourjois  Liner Pinceau liquid Eyeliner No 5201. I don't know the price sorry because I bought it when I was in England. 

I really like the packaging, it is sleek, small and you can carry it in your bag.

I love the wand, it is flexible and this helps me when I am doing my right eye because I really find it difficult to do it and be precise. Having a flexible wand helps me to do also a cat eye. 

It is really black and you can do the liner thick or thin also it is easy to apply it near the lash line.

I don't have nothing to complain about it, it stays for a long time and it don't smudge or be all over the place.

Kiko Lipsticks

Hello Everyone :)

How are you all? Today I got the most beautiful news ever, I became an auntie for the first time to a beautiful baby girl. Also my boyfriend brought me from Sicily amazing Kiko lipsticks that I am going to show you today. 

I have 3 different range of lipsticks the 3 on the left are from the Mat Velvet cost 6.90 euros each , the 3 in the middle are from the range of Smart Lipsticks cost 3.90 euros each and the 2 on the right are from the range Ultra Glossy Stylo SPF15 cost 4.90 euros each. All the lipsticks are super creamy. 

  

This 807- red coral from the range Ultra Glossy Stylo. It is ultra gloss and have small particles that are gold in it. It is a peachy pink colour, in my opinion I don't like glitters in lipsticks but I cannot tell you if they transfer on the lips because I didn't used them yet. Still it is an amazing colour and I might use it on my clients. 

This is 808 Fire Red from the range Ultra Glossy Stylo. This is also have a little bit of shimmer red, still I don't know if they are transferred on the lips. 

This is 904 Strawberry Pink for the range Smart Lipsticks. This is also shimmery lipstick and that they have small golden particles in them but it is amazing pink colour. 

This is 907 Orange lipstick from the range Smart Lipsticks. This have also shimmery golden particles in it. Still I really love the colour it is orange peachy.

This is 912 Crimson Red from the range Smart lipstick. This lipstick like the others have shimmery golden particles but the colour is to die for a pink reddish colour amazing. 

This is the 604 Orange Power from the range Mat Velvet. I really really like the container of the lipstick, it is sleek, golden, elegant classic look. It looks like it is a super expensive lipstick and this range is matte that I really like. This colour is super orange matte lipstick that I really like. 

This is 605 Red Geranium in the range of Mat Velvet. This is a matte red orange lipstick that is amazing. In my opinion these colour are going to be amazing for summer. 

Last but not least 607 Vermilion from the range Mat Velvet. I really like this colour as well it is red with pink undertone. It is bright and amazing matte lipstick.

I have a secret to share

Hello everyone, 

How are you all? So at the moment as you all know I am really busy with the assignments and I will finish them till 6th June then I have to wait for the resubmissions. 

My secret is that soon I am going to start a course as a make up artist and I am so happy and looking forward to begin. This will not help me in my new carer but also I will be able to give more advice and help you more in techniques in make up and looks. This course is about 4 months and so I will be learning a lot of things and don't worry I am going to share the looks that I create and also be able to teach you tips and tricks that I learn.

Evening Make Up Look

Hello Girls 

How are you?

 I hope that you enjoyed the posts of the Malta Fashion Week and Fashion Awards, if not Click here. 

This is the look that I wore when I went to see the Charles and Ron Collection Here. 

I created this look when I saw few make up looks on you tube and so I get a few ideas from them and I came up with this look. I hope that you all like it. 

This is the overall look. Although I have the lighting really bad, you can see that the brown eyes really popped in this look. I am going to go closer into the eye look so that you can see what type of colours I used. 

I used NYX jumbo Milk as a base, I used yellow gold on the eye lid, in the crease I went  with shimmery violet  and in the outer corner I went with deep violet. I used a black liquid eyeliner and made a small eye cat wing. 

I used a blue pencil eye liner in my waterline and also  under my lower lash line  in the middle. 

I used also a little purple eye shadow under my lower lash line at the outer corner. 

This is the overall look. I went with a lace dress by Dorothy Perkins.

Malta Fashion Awards 2013

Hello ladies and Gentlemen, 

Yesterday it was the Malta Fashion Awards, I was amazing. There was a lot of people and all of them were in the best outfit possible. I was a little disappointed yesterday because us as bloggers didn't have a reserved sit for us and they just put us on the fourth row and we couldn't see close enough to report everything in detail. 

Still we had such a great time and also I am happy for all the winners that won in their category in fashion. I also want to congratulate to all the make up artist, hairdressers and also styles that were behind this fashion shows.

This was the beginning of the show. All the clothes and designs where shown during specific individual shows during the past week. 

Lets begin with make up looks. There were dramatic artistic make up looks and their were simple and elegant looks.

As you all can notice the make up look here is dramatic artistic make up look and that was used to emphasis the dramatic hair style. On the eyes they used green and pink eye shadows and glitters under the eyes and then they let everything simple, like nude lips and soft pink blush.

This look was also dramatic artistic look and the look was combined with the hair and also with the dress that the model was wearing. The eye shadows was blue and the eye brows as big and black. On the lips they went also for blue lipstick and they used some glitters under her eyes. Then on the cheek they let it simple with a soft peachy blush.

Sorry I don't have a close up of the make up of this model but on this model they used simple and elegant look. They used peachy blush and lips and eyes are on an nude and earth colours. They used also a soft smoky eyes, they used this type of make up so that to emphasis the gorgeous handbag make by Dali.

There was different designers from around the world, everyone had different styles and used different materials and textiles for their collection. There was a lot of printed textiles and there was also lace and handmade wool and silk and feathers and lots more.
