Smokey eye tutorial

Hello lovelies :)

How are you today? I hope your doing well. 

Did you ever wanted that smokey eye look that pops your colour eyes out? Did you ever created a smokey eyes to go for a party or to a wedding? 

So I am giving you two different smokey eye look. 

On the left it is an almond smokey eyes and on the right I created a wing smokey eye. 

Which one do you prefer? 

On the right side is the wing smokey eye. 

• To create this smokey eye you have to prime your eyes I used the Elf Mineral Eyeshadow Primer .
• Then apply a soft matte cream colour that matches her skin all over the eyes as a base from the Sleek Palette Storm. 
• Then I apply a black pencil, I used the NYX Jumbo Eye pencil (JEP601 Black Bean) in the outer corner as a base. Does not matter if it is a little bit messy. 
• Than I applied matte black eyeshadow from Storm Palette over the black pencil and begin to create the wing eyeshadow.
• When I was satisfied with the black I applied gold eyeshadow in the inner till the middle of the eye and I blend the gold with the black in the middle. 
• I applied shimmery white in the brow bone to lift the brow bone up as there was a lot of black going on.
• I applied some black under the eyes and also gold from the inner eye till the middle. 
• Than I applied mascara and black eyeliner in the waterline and applied brown eyeshadow in the eyebrows and set it with Elf Studio Make up mist and Set on the eyebrow brush to set the colour. 

This is the almond smokey eyeshadow look

This side is also a smokey eye but not that dramatic as the other side. 

• First I applied the primer from Elf as mantioned above and also the cream eyeshadow all over the eyelid.
• With the matte black eyeshadow from the Storm Palette I created a C shape at the outer corner of the eye 
• From the inner eye till the middle I applied a silver shimmery eyeshadow and blended with the matte black eyeshadow. 
• On the browbone I applied a soft matte brownish cream eyeshadow so that to continue with the softness of the smokey eyes. 
• Than I applied mascara (L'Oreal Paris Double Extension Waterproof in Shade Noir/ Black) and black eyeliner from wjcon in the waterline and applied brown eyeshadow in the eyebrows and set it with Elf Studio Make up mist and Set on the eyebrow brush to set the colour.

Morning Occasion Make up look

Hello Lovelies 

How are you all? 

This week it was really hard for me to pass through because my chinchilla (Name Perrinu had died and I miss him so much). I am doing my best to cope with it but life have to move on. 

As I promised you all I am showing you what I am doing at the make up course and tell you how to do it. 

This is a Monochromatic eyeshadow almond shape. Monochromatic effect means that with one colour you create from light to dark effect. Now an almond is like a "perfect" shade that one can have to apply eye make up. 

This is a Monochromatic eyeshadow eye look and the final make up look that I created on my model Yana. 

So lets begin:

So first I started with the eye look. First I applied the primer than I used a cream loose eyeshadow powder all over the eye. They I created a C shape starting from the half of the eye in the crease down to the half of the eye on the lash line with a matte brown eyeshadow. Than you blended as much as you can, if the brown fades you can go back and create the C shape again and blended. Then I removed fall outs from the eyeshadow by sweeping it with a clear brush. Than I applied the concealer and the foundations and the corrector and I matte everything with a loose powder. Than I went back again to the eyes so that I will be able to apply the same brown under the lower lash line and also I used a black eyeshadow to use it as a eyeliner on the top lash line so that to be a soft look. I used a black eyeliner in the water line and applied a waterproof mascara. You have to remember that for morning looks you should not use a black eyeliners and mascaras you should use a brown eyeliners and mascara but everyone have their preferred eyeliners. Then I applied bronzer on her jaw line and under her cheekbones and near her hair line. I applied a pink soft blush and I highlighted the cheek bone. On her lips I went for a soft nude colour so that the emphasis will be on her eyes. Then I filled her eyebrows with the same matte brown eyeshadow.

Evening Make Up Look

How are you?

 I hope that you enjoyed the posts of the Malta Fashion Week and Fashion Awards, if not Click here. 

This is the look that I wore when I went to see the Charles and Ron Collection Here. 

I created this look when I saw few make up looks on you tube and so I get a few ideas from them and I came up with this look. I hope that you all like it. 

This is the overall look. Although I have the lighting really bad, you can see that the brown eyes really popped in this look. I am going to go closer into the eye look so that you can see what type of colours I used. 

I used NYX jumbo Milk as a base, I used yellow gold on the eye lid, in the crease I went  with shimmery violet  and in the outer corner I went with deep violet. I used a black liquid eyeliner and made a small eye cat wing. 

I used a blue pencil eye liner in my waterline and also  under my lower lash line  in the middle. 

I used also a little purple eye shadow under my lower lash line at the outer corner. 

This is the overall look. I went with a lace dress by Dorothy Perkins.

Summer blues

Hello Everyone :)

How are you all?

I am really busy at the moment as you all know from the past post. This week I was also sick and so I couldn't manage to have the strength to go out from my bed. I am sorry for not posting frequently, but I have a good news, I have been chosen to go to the Fashion Week in Malta. I am going to attend the bridal show, Charles and Ron Collection and also the Malta Fashion Awards. 

Last Friday I organised a baby shower to my big sister and this is the look that I create on me so that to attend to the baby shower. I went with the blue summer tones, bright and amazing. 

This is over all look 

So I used a golden shimmery in the inner corner of my eyes , I used  light blue in the middle of my eyes  and also I went slightly darker at the corner of my eyes. Then I used 3 different blue shades eye pencils at the bottom of my eyes. I used a light blue also in my water line.

I used the light blue eye pencil in the inner of my eye, I used a  little darker blue a long way till the end of my eye and also used it as a eyeliner near my upper eyelashes.

Soft Smoky eye look

How are you? 

At the moment I am very busy but today I spare a little time and do this post. I hope you like it. 

This is the overall look

I put a cream-yellowish eye shadow on my eyelid, than I used  a black -gray eye shadow on the outer corner of my eye as a V line. I used a black eyeliner near my eyelashes.

I applied the black-gray eye shadow under my eyes and I applied in my inner corner of my eye the cream- yellowish eye shadow to brighten my eyes.   

I went with a nude pink lip

A Complete Look for a Morning Wedding

Hello everyone :)

How are you sweeties? So yesterday I had a morning wedding and I made my own hair and make up so this post I am going to explain what I used and for clothes from where I bought them. 

This is the overall look. So I had a laced dress that is a navy blue with a black lace over all , than I matched the camel shoes with a camel waist coat and a black clutch bag.

Than I went for this flow curly hair on one side and matte elegant make up. 

So lets begin with the eye look 

So I went with neutral look. I used a matte beige on my eyelid, then I used a soft brown on the crease, then I used a dark brown on the outer corner of my eye, I used a matte white mixed with soft brown under my brow bone, to blend the dark brown, I used a peachy matte eye shadow over my crease. I used a liquid eyeliner in black. 

I used the dark brown under my eyes but I didn't went all through near  my inner corner, I stopped 3/4 of my eye. I used a black eye pencil in my water line and also I used the eye pencil at the outer corner of my eye, just a little bit. I made my brows with soft brown eye shadow and I set it with setting spray. 

Sorry I forgot to take the photo of my lips but I used a soft pink lipstick. 

Now we go through the hair

So I just used my clipper, I first straighten all my hair and then I begin to wrist the clipper clockwise and go down slowly so that to make the curls. When I finished I put all my hair on one side. 

At the back of my hair I put a black flower, this because I wasn't  going to wear a hat. In  Malta if a wedding is in the morning you have to wear a hat or make some sort of accessory in your hair.

Look with a red lip

Hello everyone :)

I had posted recently on the Wjcon products. I had use them yesterday evening to go out with my friends to dinner. I hope you like the look and I got inspired for a red lip from Khloe Kardashian. I hope you like it and  used it as an insipration. 

This is the over all look. I went to a glamour look.

So I used first as a base I used very light cream eye shadow, then I used in the crease a light brown and I top it up wit a little dark brown to emphasis on the outer corner of my eye. Then I used a shimmery yellowish eye shadow on my lid and in my inner corner of my eye. I used a black eyeliner close to my eye lashes. 

I used the dark brown under my eyes and I used also black eye pencil in my water line. 

I used a red lip liner all over my lips and than I used the matte side of the lip gloss.

Storage For Make up

I loved her post and today I went to a big store in Malta called JB stores and I found a great storage for my make up. 

This is a 6 plastic drawers. 

I am going to show you one by one from top to bottom what I put in. Still Some products aren't going to show because they are under some things. 

In the first drawer I have some things that I don't use on the back and  on the font I have my make up wipes from Fresh and Clean.

This section is for foundations that I use and that I want to use in the future, brushes, sponges, concealers and powders. 

This section id for eye shadow palettes and loose eye shadows. Underneath the ELF 100pc I have 3 ELF eye shadow books and also 2 Sleek  palettes. I have NYX jumbo sticks and brushes to apply eye shadows. 

In this section I have bronzers, blushes and brushes that I use for bronzers and blushes. 

In this section I have mascaras, liquid eyeliners,  pencil eyeliners,eyelash glue,  pair of eyelashes, overall setting spray and  tools

This section and the last section is lipsticks, lip gloss, lip balms, lip pencils and lip brush

On the top of the box I put my make up bag that is empty, my  mums makeup bag  and few bottles to wash my brushes. 

I put them in this order so that from top I do my whole face and step by step I finish it with a lipstick or a lip gloss. 

The box cost 26.95 euros.

Look to go out for a Sunday lunch

How are you girls out there (or boys)?

Everyone once in a while they have an occasion to go on a Sunday lunch with some friends or family. This look is appropriate for the everyday look with glam. 

This is the over all look

This is a soft smokey eye. I used a midnight pencil  then I smudged it all the way up.

You can see that it is very light the eye makeup.

I used the midnight pencil also under my eyes.

On my lips I applied a coral lip liner all over my lips and I used  a clear soft pink lip gloss

A Night Out Look

How are you?

This look that I created is for going out for a dinner or to a romantic evening.

This is an overall look 

I used a white eye shadow all over the eye lid and then I used a soft matte violet in the crease. Then I used a black eye liner near the eyelashes.  

The soft violet eye shadow i used it also used it under my eyes and  I went in 3/4 of my eye. In the tear dot  I also used the white eye shadow. In the water line i used a black eyeliner.

With this look I went with a baby soft pink lipstick.

Step by step look :)

Happy New Year :)

How was your holidays? What looks does you created on New Years Eve and new years day? This look that  I am going to show you, I wore it on New Years Eve. I am going to show you step by step how to do this look. Sorry for having a lot of photos to show you. 

I created this eye look on me, I hope you like it  :)

This is me without make up :( Then I made my foundation and my concealer. I also applied primer on my eyelids so that the eye shadow will hold on more and will not crease.

I used this matte pink eyeshadow on my eyelid 

With this brush I petted the eyeshadow on my eyelid.

This brown matte eyeshadow  I used it on my crease , the crease is between the eyelid and  upper bone. 

You can see that I am putting that brown to emphasis the crease. 

With this brush I am blending the eyeshadow by  swiping the brush from my outer corner to the  middle of my eye. 

I used this matte soft white under my eyebrows.

I used this nice shimmery white also under my eyebrows

You can see where I am putting that soft white and that shimmery white. 

This is the soft pink that I put on my inner corner of my eye. 

I am using this pencil brush with  the  soft pink eyeshadow in the inner corner of my eye. 

With the same brush, I used it to bring this green so that to apply it under my eyes. 

You have to go from the inner corner to the middle of the eye, with the green eyeshadow. 

With this turquoise colour I  used it under the eye from the outer corner  of the eye to the middle of the eye.

This is the eye almost ready 

Than I used a liquid eyeliner on my lash line and  I made a cat eye. 

This is the wing 

This is how I make a cat eye. first you do the liquid eyeliner on the lash line than you make a line upwards and then you do like a triangle inwards and fill in the triangle with the black eyeliner and you will create a cat eye. 

Then I used a matte brown eyeshadow with an angle brush to fill my eyebrows. 

To set my eyebrows than I used a set spray on  mascara brush wand and brush it through my eyebrows.

Than on the waterline because I don't have a turquoise eyeliner, I used a black eyeliner. 

This is the pink lipstick that I  applied with the eye look

Than I applied the bronzer and the blush and this is the final look  ready to go.
